- 1 cup almond milk or any milk of your choice
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 large ripe banana, cut into pieces
- 2 tbsp flaxseed
- 1 tsp vanilla extract, optional
- In a blender, pour milk, add strawberries, banana, flax seed and vanilla (if you’re using vanilla).
