INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup almond milk or any milk of your choice
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 large ripe banana, cut into pieces
  • 2 tbsp flaxseed
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract, optional

METHOD

  1. In a blender, pour milk, add strawberries, banana, flax seed and vanilla (if you’re using vanilla).
  2. Blend until smooth. Enjoy
