Ingredients

0.25 cups mayonnaise
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon minced mint leaves
1 teaspoon minced dill
0.5 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon oregano
0.5 cup imitation crab meat, cut into sticks
0.5 cups shrimps
1 stalk celery, diced
1 red onion, cut into slices
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Salt & pepper to taste

Take a pot of water and bring it to boil. Add salt & pepper according to the taste. Then add the shrimps and lemon juice. Cook for 3 minutes.

Now strain the water. Add imitation crab meat, boiled shrimps, celery, and red onion slices in a salad bowl. Mix lightly.

Now add mayonnaise, lemon juice, dill, mint leaves, salt, pepper, and oregano in a small bowl. Mix nicely.

Add the salad dressing into the shrimp mix. Fold gently to combine all the ingredients.
