INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp coconut powder

METHOD

  1. Combine the peanut butter, sugar, egg, and coconut powder.
  2. Shape the mixture into balls, place onto a greased baking sheet, flatten the balls with a fork to make a crisscross pattern.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven at 350F(175C) for about 10 minutes, let the cookies cool in the baking sheet for a few minutes
