For the rub, combine salt and pepper and sprinkle and rub on as much as desired.

Warm a non-stick skillet with oil at medium-high heat, place the salmon in the skillet, skin-side up.

Cook for about 4 minutes until golden brown then turn over and cook until skin is crisp if desired.

4 Step

Transfer to plate and serve with greens.
