3 teaspoons white wine vinegar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon minced garlic
Kosher salt to taste
1 cup romaine lettuce, torn into bite-size pieces
1 cucumber, cut into cubes
1 tomato, cut into cubes
1 green capsicum, cut into cubes
1 onion, cut into slices
1 carrot, cut into slices

Take a small bowl. Add olive oil, white wine vinegar, lemon juice, kosher salt, pepper, and minced garlic. Whisk with a fork till combine.
