Preheat the oven to 375F(190C) and grease 12 muffin cup with oil or cooking spray and line with puff pastry.

Whisk together milk, cornstarch, vanilla extract, and sugar, cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally until thickened.

Pour some hot milk mixture into the beaten egg yolks and whisk to well combined.

4 Step

Add the egg mixture into the milk, whisking constantly, and cook for about 3-5 minutes.

Fill the lined muffin tins and bake in the preheated oven at 375F for about 18-20 minutes or until golden brown
