Rise and shine this burrito is worth waking up for. These are not only easy to make but are delicious any time of the day. Now you have no excuse to skip breakfast to save time as these are easy to make with a few ingredients and they are ready in just a few minutes.

Ingredients

4 tortillas
8 slices bacon
1 potato, peeled and grated
4 eggs
1 capsicum, deseeded and diced
1 onion, sliced
4 tablespoons milk
2 tablespoons butter
1 ripe avocado, cut into slices
0.5 cup cheddar cheese
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste

Heat a skillet over medium flame. Place the slices of bacon. Cook until they are crisp. Keep on a plate.

Add 1 tablespoon butter in the skillet. Add grated potato, onion slices, and capsicum slices. Season with salt and pepper. Fry on the medium flame for 3 to 4 minutes. Keep aside.

Now add another tablespoon butter in the skillet. Take egg, milk, salt, and pepper in a bowl and whisk nicely. Add the egg mixture into the butter. Slowly stir the egg mix. Try to make a soft scrambled egg.

Now take a tortilla. Place 1 tablespoon of scrambled egg, 1 tablespoon of potato mix, 2 slices of bacon, and avocado slices, cheddar cheese in the middle of the tortilla. Roll up the burrito carefully by tucking in the corner.
