Bacon egg muffins are a perfect breakfast on the go, less carbs and high in protein. These are quick to make and are delicious and filling. Add tomato, cheese or mushrooms for an even extra healthy taste.

4 eggs
4 tablespoons almond milk
4 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 capsicum, cut into small cubes
1 red onion, sliced
1 green chili, chopped
6 teaspoons grated cheddar cheese
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon pepper
Salt to taste

Lightly grease the muffin tin. Preheat the oven at 350F.

Whisk together eggs, almond milk. Add pepper, salt, and garlic powder. In a separate bowl, mix capsicum, red onion, green chili, and bacon.
